For children who cannot safely return home, C4P facilitates adoption from foster care — providing guidance through every step of the legal process, matching children with compatible families, and delivering post-adoption support services. They are committed to achieving permanency for every child in their care as quickly and safely as possible.

C4P builds meaningful partnerships with corporations, foundations, and community organizations across New England to expand resources, awareness, and support for foster families.
