Program Overview
Who They Are
Live 2 Give Hope is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Lebanon, Missouri, walking alongside children and families impacted by foster care, kinship care, and crisis. Their mission is simple but profound: to provide practical resources, relational support, and hope-filled connection to families who need it most in South and Central Missouri.
Through a diverse portfolio of programs, Live 2 Give Hope addresses the full spectrum of family need — from essential items for children entering care, to family reunification support, to life skills for aging-out youth, to community-wide prevention and stabilization. Every program reflects their belief that hope is not just a feeling — it is something you live out and give away.

How They Help
A free resource closet providing essential items — clothing in all sizes, diapers, hygiene products, bedding, and baby items — for children entering foster care. Because every child deserves to arrive with what they need, not just what happens to be available.
A family reunification support program designed to help biological families work toward safely reuniting with children in foster care. Hope Reunited walks alongside parents with practical support, encouragement, and resources as they navigate the reunification process.
Respite and enrichment events for foster and kinship families — giving caregivers a much-needed break while providing children with fun, connection, and safe community. Kids' Night Out builds relationships and reduces caregiver burnout, supporting long-term placement stability.
Life skills programming for youth aging out of the foster care system — equipping young people with the practical tools they need to navigate independence, employment, housing, finances, and adult life. No young person should age out without a foundation to stand on.
A child sexual abuse prevention and education program serving the Lebanon and surrounding communities. Safe MO Kids equips children, parents, and community members with the knowledge and language needed to recognize, prevent, and respond to child sexual abuse.
A community prevention and family stabilization initiative that brings together local partners, churches, and volunteers to strengthen families before crisis hits. PUSH is built on the belief that a connected, resourced community is the best prevention program of all.
