Child Bridge Montana exists for one reason: to make sure every child in Montana who needs a home finds one. They believe it doesn't take someone special to foster — it just takes someone willing to say yes. Through recruiting, training, and deeply supporting foster families across the state, Child Bridge removes the barriers that keep ordinary Montanans from opening their homes.
With regional support in Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell, Miles City, Missoula, and beyond, Child Bridge meets families where they are — offering information meetings, foundations training, coaching, journey groups, and Native Family Services to ensure every foster family across Montana is equipped, connected, and never walking alone.

How They Help
ChildBridge hosts pressure-free Info Meetings across Montana to help prospective foster families take their first step. Their Foundations training equips families with trauma-informed skills, practical knowledge, and the confidence to open their homes. With regional support in 9+ communities, ChildBridge meets Montanans wherever they are in the journey.
Foster Connect and Journey Groups provide ongoing community and support for active foster families — connecting them with other foster parents, experienced coaches, and resources that help them navigate the real challenges of fostering. No foster family in Montana should face the journey alone, and ChildBridge makes sure they never have to.
ChildBridge offers one-on-one coaching and group workshops for foster families dealing with trauma, big behaviors, attachment challenges, and the emotional complexity of fostering. Their coaches bring real experience and compassion — walking alongside families through the hardest moments and helping them become the stable, healing presence every foster child needs.
ChildBridge's Native Family Services program provides culturally responsive support for Native foster families and children across Montana — honoring tribal connections and cultural identity throughout the foster care journey. Their Radiant program supports foster mothers with community, encouragement, and resources specifically designed for the unique experience of fostering.
