CWW runs large-scale seasonal drives — including a beloved Christmas gift program that collects and distributes hundreds of gifts to foster youth in Virginia Beach each year. No child in care should go without during the holidays, and CWW makes sure they don't.

Each back-to-school season, CWW collects and distributes backpacks and school supplies to foster youth — ensuring kids start the year equipped and ready to learn, regardless of where they've been placed or how recently they entered care.

For youth transitioning out of foster care, CWW provides targeted housing support — helping young people bridge the gap between aging out of the system and establishing stability on their own. No young person should face that transition without a safety net.

CWW's model is built on connection — linking what the community has to give with what foster youth need. They accept new and gently used items and monetary donations year-round, and partner with schools, churches, businesses, and individuals throughout the Hampton Roads area.
