Who They Are
Impact Living Services provides counseling, foster care, and independent living services that help children, teens, adults, and families across Virginia move toward stability, healing, and hope. Their services include housing support, therapy and counseling, mentorship, and foster parent recruitment.
A registered 501(c)(3), Impact Living Services is currently focused on expanding housing options for youth aging out of foster care throughout the state — addressing one of the most critical gaps young people face as they transition into adulthood without a family safety net.

Impact Living Services offers therapy and counseling to help children, teens, adults, and families process trauma and move toward healing, stability, and hope.
Through mentorship, Impact Living Services connects youth and families with consistent, caring relationships that help guide them toward greater stability and a stronger sense of belonging.
Impact Living Services recruits and supports new foster parents across Virginia, helping grow the pool of safe, stable homes available for children and teens in the foster care system.
